Slow flow vinyasa emphasises moving mindfully through poses at a slower, more deliberate pace than traditional vinyasa classes. It combines the flowing sequences of vinyasa yoga with gentler poses, longer holds and transitions, allowing for greater focus on alignment, breath and body awareness.
Accessible for all levels and suitable for beginners and advanced yogis, as the slower tempo allows modifications and deeper exploration of poses.
Each session will consist of 40 mins of flow, followed by a 20-minute seated pranayama and meditation practice.
