Tantric Hatha Yoga “Moon" Practice is medicine for the modern mind. Deep and nourishing asana practice with an emphasis on creating calm and stability of both the body and mind. Forward folds and extended exhalations are used to access the parasympathetic nervous system and guide us inwards to touch the pure space of stillness that exists beyond the thinking mind. Incorporating pranayama (breath work) and meditation for a total traditional Yoga practice.

These classes are ideal for helping with better sleep, grounding, stability and invoking calm on and off the mat. For improved concentration and meditation practice and for anyone with a busy mind and life.
