This is a fully immersive experience to give you deeper awareness of your body and mind. So you can feel a deeply relaxed. Be guided through a gentle and restorative Yoga practice, with self massage and trigger point release. Finish with a deep relaxation and sound healing.

This practice can also help to release negative or blocked emotions that may be present from stress, trauma or illness. Realign, Recharge and relax.

Franki has been a massage therapist for 12 years. Having scoliosis and previous injuries she has a strong knowledge of the body and it's systems. Through this and her yoga studies she has developed a passion for optimum physical health and mobility!
